Guildford station is the closest rail station reached from the London Waterloo hub; The Eurostar comes into London St Pancras –the London tube connects the 2 train stations easily.

4. How to get to Albury Park / Comment aller a Albury Park

Head East on A246 (Epsom Rd) for about 4.5km until the A25 (Shere Rd) junction where you turn right, heading south for about 4km before turning right again, heading southwest onto Sherbourne Rd (A248) for just under 1k. Albury Park should be on left, head along the drive and the old Saxon church will be again on your left with the Mansion almost infront of you ;~)
Should take about 20mins tops!

Prendre L'A246 (Epsom Rd) vers l'est pendant environ 4.5km jusqu'a l'intersection avec l'A25 (Shere Rd). Tourner a droite (direction sud) pendant environ 4km. Tourner a droite de nouveau sur Shelbourne road (A248)(direction sud-ouest) pendant 1km. Albury park sera sur votre gauche. Prendre l'allee. L'eglise Old Saxon se trouve sur votre gauche avec Albry Park Mansion en face de vous. ;~)

Gatwick
There are direct trains from Gatwick to Guildford. The rail station is linked directly to the South Terminal, and is a few minutes from the North Terminal by free transit train. Rail information and ticket desks are located in the station and in the arrivals areas of both terminals.

Changing terminals
A bus service operates between Gatwick's North and South Terminals. The service will run every three minutes during the day (04.00 to 18.00) and every six minutes at night. Please allow 20 minutes to transfer between terminals during this period.

Trains to Guildford run every hour at three minutes past the hour e.g. 12.03, 13.03, 14.03 etc; These are the trains from Gatwick to Reading, operated by First Great Western. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes. Off Peak Fares are £9.40 per journey. The return trains run similarly but at ten minutes past the hour e.g. 13.10, 14.10, 15.10 etc.

Heathrow
Trains run frequently between Woking & Guildford railway stations and a fast and frequent (and luxurious!) bus service will take you from Heathrow terminal 5 and Heathrow Central bus station (for terminals 1-4) to Woking station.

This bus service arrives / leaves Woking from immediately outside the railway station. Buses run up to every 30 minutes and it takes approximately 50 minutes. Fares are: single £9, day return £12, return £18.

Trains from Woking to Guildford leave frequently e.g.11.02, 11.05, 11.32, 11.35 and return 13.02, 13.17, 13.32, 13.47. Fares: £2.90 per journey on South West Trains.

The Woking bus services call at the Heathrow central bus station, which is a few minutes' walk from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 via underground walkways; and Terminal 5 and a limited number of services run to Terminal 4. (Passengers using these terminals can also transfer free to or from Heathrow Central (for the bus station) by Heathrow Express or Heathrow Connect train.) The Heathrow bus station is open 24 hours a day and the travel centre is open from 06:00 to 22:30. Baggage trolleys are available and there is a lift to the underground level.

11. Our Big South American Adventure

We thought you'd like to know where we are heading after the big day...well South America here we come!!
We will fly to Quito on Christmas Eve and then go to the Galapagos Island for 10 days, kayaking and snorkeling among the large turtles ;-)
Then we are off to Peru for 14 days and then Bolivia for 2 wks...We will see during our journey...
Lima, Paracas, the Island of Ballestas (Peruvian Galapagos), Nazca and its famous lines, Arequipa and its volcano El misti, Colca and its Canyon, The Sacred Valley and Macchu Picchu and then off to Puno and lake Titicaca.
During our time in Bolivia we'll be abe to see some amazing landscape such as Uyuni, the laguna red and green, the salar, Potosi Sucre and Santa Cruz before heading back to London

On a pensé que vous aimeriez savoir où nous allons après le ”grand jour”….Amérique du Sud, attention, nous voilà.
Nous allons à Quito depuis Londres, le jour de Noël pour partir ensuite aux îles Galápagos pour 10 jours. Nous allons faire du kayak, de la plongée au milieu de très grosses tortues ;-)
Après cela nous partons au Pérou pour 14 jours et ensuite la Bolivie pendant 2 semaines.
Pendant notre aventure nous allons voir:
